At 123 Cookers, we believe that barbecue is more than just food - it's an experience. We're dedicated to serving up great barbecue. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where our Guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We want to make your visit with 123 Cookers a memorable one.

    Our Team

    Our journey began in 1998 with small Cook-Offs & the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Barbecue Cook-Off.  Our Goal is to provide great barbecue while also having a good time  cooking & serving our Guests.

    Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Barbeque Cook-Off

    Friday or Saturday Night

    Each Night

    $75.00 Per Day

      

    Friday, Feb 28th & Sat March 1st from (5:30pm-11pm). There will be Barbecue (Brisket, Chicken, Ribs, Sausage), Beans, Dirty Rice, Cabbage, Potato Salad, Fixings & Adult Beverages you can responsibly consume. There will be a DJ & Dancing. (Food is served from 6:30 – 9PM).  Ticket Sales Suspended. Capacity Reached.
