    Our Team

    Our journey began in 1998 with small Cook-Offs & the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Barbecue Cook-Off.  Our Goal is to provide great barbecue while also having a good time  cooking & serving our Guests.

    Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Barbeque Cook-Off

    Friday or Saturday Night

    Each Night

    $75.00 Per Ticket

      

    Friday, Feb 27th & Saturday Feb 28th (5:30pm-11pm). There will be Barbecue (Brisket, Chicken, Ribs, Sausage), Beans, Dirty Rice, Cabbage, Potato Salad, Fixings & all the Adult Beverages you can responsibly consume. There will be a DJ & Dancing. (Food is served from 6:30 – 9PM).
